Responsibilities

Enter all monetary transactions (bound accounts, endorsements, cancellations, etc.) into our system
Reconcile monthly corporate reports
Forward loss run requests to brokers
Update all spreadsheets daily (Local Bordereau, Renewal Log and Master Log)
Send weekly policy draft list, renewal updates, accounts to be peer reviewed to the respective underwriter
Maintain a high level of customer service
Assist in the development and maintenance of new and existing broker relationships
Promote the growth and strong reputation of ANV Global Services / AmTrust Group
Assist in underwriting business in accordance with ANV’s policies / procedures, Professional Lines Business Plan and Underwriting Guidelines to support in maintaining high underwriting standards and discipline including adequate pricing, analysis, and retention to ensure delivery of profitable results
Other related duties as assigned
Contribute and participate in all meetings to develop knowledge of market dynamics and to help support the performance of the team

Required

PC Literate with emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
