GTM Manager – AI Compliance

The GTM Manager will lead the strategy and execution of product launches and commercial initiatives, collaborating across various teams to ensure successful market entry and adoption in the cybersecurity and compliance sector.

Responsibilities
Define and own the GTM strategy for new product features, releases, and commercial initiatives
Align stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure smooth and effective launches
Establish clear KPIs, success metrics, and feedback loops for each GTM initiative
Develop strong positioning and differentiated messaging for AI Compliance within the cybersecurity, AI governance, and compliance markets
Work with product and marketing to craft value propositions and customer narratives tailored to target personas (e.g., CISOs, compliance leaders, IT/security managers)
Build and manage launch plans that include timelines, deliverables, channel strategy, and resource coordination
Ensure all teams—especially sales and customer success—are fully prepared for each launch
Coordinate release notes, training sessions, internal briefings, and documentation
Partner with sales to build enablement materials including sales playbooks, decks, battlecards, ROI calculators, and objection-handling guides
Train the sales team on new features, messaging, pricing, and competitive differentiation
Gather feedback from sales to refine GTM strategies and product-market fit
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry dynamics to inform GTM approaches
Support pricing and packaging decisions with insights from market research and customer data
Identify emerging opportunities in new verticals or customer segments
Work closely with marketing to align campaigns, content, and demand-generation programs with GTM priorities
Collaborate with product managers to ensure alignment between roadmap, customer needs, and launch readiness
Partner with customer success to support adoption, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years in GTM, product marketing, growth, or strategy roles
Experience in B2B SaaS; cybersecurity, compliance, or AI-related industry experience is a strong plus
Proven track record managing end-to-end product launches or commercial initiatives
Strong understanding of GTM frameworks, customer segmentation, pricing concepts, and product lifecycle management
Excellent communication skills — capable of simplifying complex products into clear value propositions
Strong analytical mindset; able to leverage data for decision-making and optimization
Experience building enablement content for sales teams
Highly organized, structured, and capable of leading complex cross-functional projects
Proactive and collaborative — able to work effectively with product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams
Comfortable in fast-paced environments and evolving product landscapes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
