Processing incoming mail and deliveries

Shredding, filing, scanning, faxing, or photocopying
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in public or business administration, criminal justice, psychology, sociology, pre-law, or a closely related social science field is required
Relevant experience may substitute for required education on a year-for-year basis
Provide advanced administrative, organizational, and clerical support
Maintain mediation records and referrals
Provide professional services to litigants and mediators in-person, electronically, and over the phone
Efficient data entry
Perform clerical tasks such as processing incoming mail and deliveries; preparing materials for meetings or conferences; shredding, filing, scanning, faxing, or photocopying
Exercise a high degree of judgment, tact, diplomacy, and maintain confidentiality on sensitive issues

Working knowledge of computers, word processing, and database software
