MHN Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator
Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator to oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s learning management system. This role is essential in supporting regulatory compliance training, clinical education, onboarding, and professional development across the health system.

Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the LMS, including user access, data integrity, and system performance monitoring
Serve as the primary liaison with the LMS vendor for system updates, troubleshooting, and implementation of new features
Assign, manage, and track LMS modules for staff in acute and ambulatory care settings
Assist with the development and maintenance of educational programs, courses, curricula, and learning paths
Support in-person education sessions as needed
Monitor and report LMS analytics, including enrollments, assessment results, course completion, and compliance metrics
Maintain documentation for regulatory reviews, assessors, and accreditation agencies
Provide technical support to end users, educators, and department leaders
Evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience
Maintain confidentiality and comply with organizational policies
Complete annual competency assessments and participate in performance improvement activities
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and collaborative
Experience in overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, and optimization of a learning management system
Ability to support regulatory compliance training, clinical education, onboarding, and professional development
Experience partnering with system educators, hospital and ambulatory leadership, and Information Technology
Ability to administer and maintain the LMS, including user access, data integrity, and system performance monitoring
Experience serving as a liaison with LMS vendors for system updates, troubleshooting, and implementation of new features
Ability to assign, manage, and track LMS modules for staff in acute and ambulatory care settings
Experience assisting with the development and maintenance of educational programs, courses, curricula, and learning paths
Ability to support in-person education sessions as needed
Experience monitoring and reporting LMS analytics, including enrollments, assessment results, course completion, and compliance metrics
Ability to maintain documentation for regulatory reviews, assessors, and accreditation agencies
Experience providing technical support to end users, educators, and department leaders
Ability to evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with organizational policies
Experience completing annual competency assessments and participating in performance improvement activities
