Senior Operations Research Analyst
ANSER enhances national and homeland security by strengthening public institutions. They are seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst to provide advanced analytical, acquisition, and planning support for the Joint Program Manager CBRN Sensors. The role involves conducting acquisition planning, research, and data analysis to support program integration and decision-making.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain key acquisition documents, including acquisition and testing strategies, and master schedules
Participate in program activities, technical meetings, and stakeholder engagements
Prepare and deliver programmatic presentations and documentation
Support testing, fielding, and site survey efforts for deployed CBDP systems
Analyze and model operational and technical data to inform decision-making
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program integration
Identify and assess risks associated with CBRN sensor programs
Develop recommendations to improve acquisition efficiency and performance
Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition and programmatic regulations
Qualification
Required
Active Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 10 years of experience including prior experience supporting Chemical Biological Defense Program (CBDP) enterprises
Prior experience supporting Programs of Record through data-driven decision-making, documentation, and fielding strategies
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in acquisition documentation and program integration
Demonstrated understanding of chemical and biological threat environments
Prior experience deploying CBDP systems in OCONUS environments
