Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of major compliance programs, from scoping through launch

Translate new regulations into program requirements, timelines, and execution plans

Align Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Trust & Safety, and Go To Market teams on goals, timeline and deliverables

Proactively identify program risks and drive mitigations, managing the expectations of stakeholders

Develop and maintain program documentation, status updates, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication

Improve compliance program processes, governance, and cross-functional workflows. Design metrics for success and efficiency to drive continuous improvement

Required

3+ years in Program Management, TPM, or cross-functional project leadership

Strong communication, documentation, and execution skills

Preferred

Successful track record in leading compliance programs for minor safety laws from multiple jurisdictions
