Responsibilities
Call and screen HHAs, CNAs, LPNs and RNs for private duty homecare and/or staffing in nursing homes and rehab centers
Assist with Credentialing of new candidates
Constant contact with candidates, tracking progress
Assist with client scheduling
Communicate with clients regarding their scheduling needs
Work with independent contractor caregivers to refer clients
On Call Rotation-Take calls after hours and weekends for all emergencies, scheduling issues/changes, and new client referrals
Marketing to potential clients and referral sources
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
2-4 years' experience in home care or recruiting
Must have experience with Recruiting, Sales, Credentialing and/or Client Scheduling
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and customer service skills
Critical thinking skills, including the ability to problem solve accordingly
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Excellent follow through
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Computer skills
Preferred
Bachelors Degree preferred
MatrixCare or comparable software experience preferred
