Info Origin is seeking an IT Support Consultant to provide Level 1 Help Desk support under the supervision of the Help Desk Supervisor. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and application-related issues while delivering excellent customer service to end users.

Responsibilities

Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, web tickets, and voicemail in a professional and timely manner
Log, update, and manage incidents in the Incident Management System
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, printer, and network issues
Provide first-contact resolution when possible and escalate unresolved issues per procedures
Monitor and fulfill software installation requests
Communicate clearly with customers and provide regular status updates
Collaborate with Help Desk team leads and supervisors as needed
Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and standards

Required

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2019
At least 2 years of experience with network and printer troubleshooting
Strong typing skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Candidate must be a Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate to Wisconsin prior to start (at own expense)
Must be available to report to the central office if required

Preferred

Previous Help Desk or call center support experience
Experience with Incident Management and Knowledge Base systems
Experience supporting iOS devices
