POS System Administrator
Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc is responsible for the planning and maintenance of core information technology operations. The POS System Administrator will oversee systems hardware and software, ensuring support for Point of Sales terminals across all reservations.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the planning, implementation and maintenance of core information technology for the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc. operations
Assumes operational accountability of systems hardware and software
Coordinates delivery of these resources to project efforts and guides key line-of-business applications through established software life cycle processes
Travels to all reservations to provide maintenance and support to all Point of Sales (POS) terminals
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in an enterprise support environment with either server or application support is required
Minimum one (1) completed certification within the Microsoft Server certification path is required
Knowledge of Point of Sales (POS) architecture, maintenance and support, is required
Possession of a valid FL Driver's License is required
Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Must demonstrate excellent computer skills utilizing Microsoft software programs, with extensive knowledge in outlook and excel is required
Must have the ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
