Administrative Operations Assistant
Midwest Maintenance is seeking a dependable and professional Administrative Operations Assistant to support both their administrative office functions and day-to-day operations. This primarily office-based role involves answering calls, maintaining records, and providing operational support as needed.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and professionally direct inquiries
Maintain accurate filing, records, and documentation
Coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding paperwork
Support hiring activities when the General Manager is unavailable
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and building patrons
Use Microsoft Excel to track data, schedules, and operational information
Manage tasks independently and meet deadlines consistently
Provide daytime on-site coverage when a Day Porter calls out
Arrive prepared with a change of clothes (Midwest Maintenance uniform and non-slip shoes)
Perform light to moderate cleaning and porter duties as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior cleaning/custodial experience required
Administrative or office experience, including Microsoft Excel
Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
