Responsibilities
In collaboration with the PMO, facilitate annual strategic planning and prioritization sessions to plan and structure the Enterprise and Functional Book of Work
Support Functional book of work initiatives including leading status reviews, holding leaders accountable against commitments, and measuring progress. This will include proactively initiating follow-up actions when projects are stalled or behind schedule
Assist in managing Epicor ERP implementation and integration, and digital transformation projects from initiation to closure
Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines with internal teams and external vendors
Track project deliverables, schedules, and budgets using project management tools
Support risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes, status reports, and dashboards
Facilitate project meetings and follow up on action items
Ensure clear communication among stakeholders and escalate issues when needed
Contribute to process improvements and PM best practices
Organize Development Task Timeline using Scrum to prioritize development tasks
Travel up to 25-30%
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information System, Business, or a related field
Ability to influence without authority and drive accountability through transparent reporting and structured follow-up
Strong facilitation skills with experience leading planning sessions, prioritization workshops, or governance forums
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) PMP and/or Scrum Master certifications strongly preferred
7-10 years of Project Management experience, managing 5 to 10 projects simultaneously
1 year of ERP Implementation and SDLC project experience. Epicor preferred but not required
Some experience in setting up or working within a PMO (Program Management Office)
Proficiency in Project Management tools. Jira preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with C Suite stakeholders
Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter and ability to work within a team
Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to work in cross functional and complex environments
Ability to drive through influence to manage work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources, delegate effectively and hold team accountable, and monitor the performance of project tasks
Analytical skills and strategic thinking are crucial to the role
Preferred
PMP and/or Scrum Master certifications strongly preferred
Epicor preferred but not required
Jira preferred
