Responsibilities

Track program milestones and execution across FMS cases
Support planning and sustainment for Partner Nation projects
Analyze program requirements and provide actionable recommendations
Develop and maintain records of FMS activities and sales cases
Coordinate with Combatant Commands, DSCA, and DASA DEC
Support acquisition planning and life cycle logistics activities
Facilitate communication between U.S. and Partner Nation stakeholders
Manage budgets and monitor resource allocations
Conduct consequence management and technical escort operations analysis
Support design and delivery of sustainment and training strategies

Qualification

CBRNE operations experienceProgram managementFMS case managementDoD acquisition processesBachelor’s degreeCommunication skills

Required

Active Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Relations or similarly related field
5 or more years of experience supporting CBRNE operations and consequence management; military experience preferred
5 or more years of experience with CBRNE consequence management and technical escort operations
Experience with program management and tracking abilities
Experience with FMS case management and DoD acquisition processes
