Responsibilities
Create orders in FlexEra/Flexnet and update the software license
Update Remedy/ServiceNow tickets as needed
Download software from NIPR to SIPR as needed
Manage Tanium/SCCM/Splunk/AD Reports to verify licenses usage
Communicate any recommendations for software usage to Project Manager
Create and update Spreadsheets, and PO’s as needed
Qualification
Required
At least two (2) years of relevant experience, Bachelor's degree
Must have strong negotiating skills
Must have the ability to perform analytical work in an office setting
Must have experience in written and oral communication
Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a professional manner
Must have the ability to work with minimum supervision
Must have at least a Secret clearance
Must have a Security + CE certification
Knowledge in safeguarding classified information
Preferred
Experience in Government purchasing is preferred but not required
Government purchasing experience is preferred but not required
Preferred experience with Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
