Responsibilities

Share key performance indicator results with business partners, handling extensive data sets and crafting data visualizations. This position presents an opportunity to enhance reporting capabilities for decision-making processes

Complete sales incentive calculations and payments with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Conduct in-depth financial analysis and research to identify trends and variations, offering recommendations to optimize financial results

Collaborate with distribution partners to complete expense forecasts, ensuring a balance between business investments and financial projections

Identify and implement operational improvements, promoting value objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Effective collaboration skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

Strong attention to detail, displaying a high level of accuracy and excellent prioritization skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI, and experience working with large data sets

Successful completion of a criminal background check

Preferred

CPA or other applicable certifications

Experience with Peoplesoft, Business Objects, Dodeca and Tagetik
