Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance on national expansion strategy, market selection, clinic rollout sequencing, and geographic prioritization

Advise on building strategic partnerships with health systems, physician groups, referral sources, and enterprise healthcare partners to accelerate growth

Support refinement of pricing, payer mix strategy, referral economics, and operational levers that drive sustainable, scalable growth

Provide insight into Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and commercial payer strategies that support expansion and reimbursement optimization

Guide how ATCA’s AI-powered precision medicine model is positioned and differentiated within the broader healthcare and Alzheimer’s treatment landscape

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to ensure growth initiatives align with real-world care delivery and clinical quality

Support development of ATCA’s long-term growth roadmap, including future service lines, partnerships, and platform extensions

Required

Experience as a senior healthcare executive, growth leader, or physician-operator

Proven track record of leading market expansion, scaling initiatives, or enterprise growth strategies within healthcare organizations

Ability to provide strategic guidance on national expansion strategy, market selection, clinic rollout sequencing, and geographic prioritization

Experience in advising on building strategic partnerships with health systems, physician groups, referral sources, and enterprise healthcare partners

Knowledge of pricing, payer mix strategy, referral economics, and operational levers that drive sustainable, scalable growth

Insight into Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and commercial payer strategies that support expansion and reimbursement optimization

Experience in guiding positioning and differentiation of AI-powered precision medicine models within the healthcare landscape

Ability to collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with care delivery and clinical quality

Experience in supporting the development of long-term growth roadmaps, including future service lines, partnerships, and platform extensions
