Human Resources Director
Confidential is seeking a Director of Human Resources to serve as a strategic HR leader supporting commercial and enterprise transformation across the manufacturing organization. This role will partner with senior business leaders to design and execute strategies that enhance organizational performance and embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to shape and deliver the people strategy that supports commercial transformation and operational excellence
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives, influencing decisions related to talent, structure, and capability building
Align HR initiatives with organizational priorities in process modernization, digital transformation, and GTM evolution
Lead organizational design efforts to ensure structure, roles, and talent align with evolving business strategies
Collaborate with Process Excellence and IT teams to align workforce capabilities with new systems and operational models
Drive strategies to build a future-ready workforce, emphasizing reskilling, leadership development, and cross-functional agility
Lead change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors
Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and inclusion across the organization
Partner with communications, engagement, and learning teams to implement transformation‑ready programs
Identify critical skill gaps and develop targeted talent strategies to address them
Guide succession planning, leadership development, and performance management for high-impact functions
Coach and mentor leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and employee engagement
Foster a workplace culture grounded in safety, collaboration, and trust, consistent with manufacturing values
Analyze employee data and insights to improve engagement, retention, and workforce productivity
Implement strategies promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion as business imperatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field required
12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP or HR leadership role within manufacturing or industrial sectors
Proven success supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, including process improvement, system upgrades (ERP/CRM), and culture change
Strong knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development frameworks
Experience driving change management and building business readiness for major organizational shifts
Strategic partner who influences at all organizational levels
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into people strategies
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Agile mindset and ability to thrive in complex, matrixed global environments
Preferred
Master's degree (HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology) preferred
