New Grad, Entry LevelGriffin Health is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Multiskilled Data Specialist to join our Laboratory Services team. This role plays a vital part in supporting data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and client service by maintaining accurate records and coordinating information. Responsibilities include data entry, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with team members to support patient care.

Responsibilities
Organize, file, and maintain confidential records, communications, and documents in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
Perform accurate data entry, processing, and output tasks with attention to detail
Identify and resolve discrepancies in information using knowledge of data processes and available documentation
Collaborate respectfully and effectively with team members across departments to solve problems and support patient care
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel—and medical information systems to manage and analyze data
Assist the Laboratory/Specimen Receiving Team in collecting and verifying all required information for specimen processing
Provide coverage and support for Customer Service as needed, ensuring professional and timely communication with internal and external clients
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree required
Strong computer literacy required, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Must possess strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Preferred training in word processing, data entry, and general computer operations
