Strong problem-solving ability
Proven experience designing and optimizing business processes
Solid understanding of OOAD, database design, and SDLC
5+ years of experience with Apex, Java, JavaScript, VisualForce, LWC/Aura, batch processes, and Salesforce APIs
Strong experience with Lightning Design System (SLDS)
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integrations
Proficiency in SQL/SOQL
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Deep understanding of XML, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, SQL, and CSS
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator)
Experience with Salesforce DevOps (Copado, Gearset, Git-based workflows)
Data migration and Data Loader experience
Technical Expertise: Strong mastery of Salesforce development frameworks
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders
Collaboration: Works effectively in cross-functional environments
Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced and evolving environments
Quality Orientation: Strong attention to detail and code quality
