Responsibilities
Deliver on-site service and remote troubleshooting support for equipment and control systems
Install, validate, and maintain industrial devices and machinery
Collaborate across departments to ensure reliable system performance
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to reduce downtime
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide service work
Document processes, service records, and technical findings accurately
Apply engineering methods and technical expertise to evaluate and improve equipment performance
Qualification
Required
Must be authorized to work in the United States now, and in the future, without assistance
Background in maintaining, repairing, or troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical systems (hands-on or classroom experience)
Familiarity with industrial control systems and general automation concepts
Ability to read and work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manuals
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
Understanding of lifecycle maintenance and reliability practices
Preferred
Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
Exposure to robotics is a plus, but not required
