Responsibilities

Hire, support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce, promoting a culture of inclusion, innovation and performance
Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
Supervise a team of technicians focused on early production and scaling output
Work with Senior Manager to plan and coordinate daily tasks for technicians and activities of all operations with an ability to adapt to changing schedules and other dynamic priorities
Work cross-functionally with management, facilities, and supply chain to maintain operations and materials for an ISO 7/8 cleanroom
Ability to provide timely feedback on designs, processes, and custom equipment used in routine prototyping, fabrication, and characterization
Author, maintain, and train others to all relevant process documentation, including Assembly, Inspection, Testing/In-Process Characterization, and Packaging Procedures
Review and approve rework to ensure accuracy and enforce traceability
Comply with all Company Policies including Health, Safety, and Environmental Regulations, Personal Protective Equipment Requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures

Required

2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience, or Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
2+ years of direct management experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud ERP and Cloud ERP Private
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Preferred

Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troubleshooting network
Experience coaching and mentoring at the management level
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
