Three plus years of relevant intellectual property experience with a law firm or corporation
Patent preparation and prosecution experience
Admitted to a State Bar and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
Preferred
Prior experience supporting mechanical technology, digitalization, automation, and electrification in the alternative energy, industrial gas and chemical industries
