Open Architecture is a growing, design-driven architecture and engineering firm based in Cincinnati, seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator. This role focuses on the production, coordination, and documentation quality of architectural projects, supporting Project Architects and Project Managers to ensure efficient project execution.

Architecture and Planning

Responsibilities

Produce architectural models and construction documents using Autodesk Revit

Support SD, DD, and CD phases with accurate, well-organized drawings

Maintain model health, including views, sheets, worksets, and basic family management

Implement redlines and QA/QC comments efficiently and accurately

Assist with drawing set assembly, consistency, and coordination

Work closely with Project Architects and Project Managers to execute assigned tasks

Communicate progress, questions, and constraints clearly to the project team

Support internal coordination efforts and help maintain project schedules

Assist with preparation of internal and external project deliverables

Link and manage consultant models and drawings within Revit

Support coordination with structural, MEP, and civil consultants

Assist with identifying and resolving basic coordination issues under direction of senior staff

Follow Open Architecture’s QA/QC procedures and documentation standards

Participate in internal review processes and address comments prior to issuance

Maintain organized project files in accordance with firm SOPs
