Responsibilities

Contribute actively to the creative team, taking full responsibility for concept and copy development on various projects

Multitask and delegate as appropriate to ensure seamless management of projects of varying types

Generate ideas while managing multiple projects

Serve as a liaison between creative and senior account team members, ensuring work meets strategic, business, and creative expectations

Deliver advanced presentations and sell work externally

Provide career-building guidance, mentorship, and support to the full copy team to foster growth and development

Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
