Responsibilities
Collaborating closely with product managers and designers to translate ideas into polished, production ready user experiences
Building scalable, high performance front end features that support complex enterprise workflows
Partnering with backend and platform engineers to deliver cohesive solutions across the full stack
Working with support and operations teams to diagnose issues, resolve production bugs, and improve system stability
Leading the execution of medium to large initiatives, from early planning through launch and iteration
Serving as a technical authority for front end architecture, helping guide decisions and unblock challenging problems
Owning the full development lifecycle, including architecture, design, implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing maintenance
Qualification
Required
At least six years of professional experience building modern front end applications
A strong foundation in computer science principles, gained through formal education or equivalent real world experience
Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
Advanced experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript in production environments
A solid understanding of RESTful APIs and client server communication patterns
Hands on experience working within Agile or Scrum based development teams
Excellent problem solving abilities paired with clear, thoughtful communication
