Responsibilities
Project Management: Define scope, timelines, budgets; manage resources and vendors
Technical Oversight: Implement G5 features (Defender, ATP, encryption), compliance tools (eDiscovery, DLP), and new capabilities (Teams Phone, Power BI Pro)
Stakeholder & Change Management: Conduct progress meetings, manage OCM, and coordinate training
Risk & Compliance: Perform risk assessments and ensure adherence to FedRAMP, CMMC, and audit requirements
Qualification
Required
15+ years in IT project management with complex migrations
Proven Microsoft 365/Office 365 migration experience; GCC knowledge preferred
Strong understanding of G3 vs G5 features and security
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Jira; excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred
PMP or PRINCE2
