Responsibilities

Ideate, create, and implement omnichannel seasonal design systems

Work with internal partners to build temporary worlds that span across physical and digital channels

Pursue ways that we can work better, faster

Manage projects that are on-brief and polished, mitigating feedback, ultimately keeping workstreams on track

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviors to inform design decisions and maintain our brand’s competitive edge

Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout the design and implementation process, ensuring that the final store experience meets or exceeds expectations

Manage high-profile design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in illustration, graphic design, advertising, fine arts, or related field and 3+ years designing for digital and physical experiences in a senior role

Proven track record of creating successful omnichannel design systems

Strong portfolio showcasing design process and strategic thinking

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software including the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Slides, and Figma

Strong leadership – i.e. strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate external artist partners and connect across Walmart Creative Studio

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment leading design work
