Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle: scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction
Act as the primary client interface, building long-term relationships and managing expectations
Lead and coordinate internal and external teams, ensuring alignment and accountability
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
Conduct field verification of work sites and document issues and solutions
Facilitate design reviews and ensure accurate field documentation
Oversee system programming and final system checkouts
Drive project closeout activities, including punch lists and client training
Provide technical and administrative support to project teams
Ensure consistent and effective communication among all stakeholders

Required

3+ years of Project Management experience in the Electronic Security (ESS) industry
Great knowledge and expertise with CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Alarms, Motion Sensors, Keypads, Door Locks, etc
Experience managing projects in a construction setting
Strong schedule and budget management experience
Experience managing projects valued $1M+, lasting longer than 1+ year
Experience with MS Project (or another scheduling tool), MS Excel and Teams
Electronic Security (ESS): 3 years (Required)
Ability to Commute: Sterling, VA 20166 (Required)
