Responsibilities
Meet with warm prospects and assigned clients
Provide retirement planning, investment guidance, tax-aware strategies, and holistic financial planning
Build and deliver comprehensive financial plans
Deepen client relationships and maintain high retention
Participate in client events and educational seminars (PTO provided for after-hours events)
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of financial planning or wealth management experience
Life & Health Insurance License + Series 65 or 66 is required
Strong communication, presentation, and follow-through skills
Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
A team player who is personable, coachable, and client-focused
