Performance Marketing Lead (US - Remote)
Curious is seeking a data-driven demand generation expert to join their head office team. The Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter), display advertising, retargeting and other relevant channels
Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid management, and creative iteration
Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time adjustments to maximize ROI and hit KPI targets
Develop and implement audience targeting strategies based on customer data and behavioral insights
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and channel attribution
Build comprehensive dashboards and automated reporting systems to monitor campaign performance
Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify learnings and opportunities for future campaigns
Collaborate with data/analytics teams to ensure proper tracking implementation and data accuracy
Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and growth targets
Identify new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities through market research and competitive analysis
Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing page experiences
Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels to optimize overall portfolio performance
Qualification
Required
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with a proven track record of scaling campaigns
Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and additional paid media platforms
Analytics Skills: Strong experience with Google Analytics, attribution modeling, and performance measurement tools
Technical Abilities: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL basics preferred, experience with marketing automation platforms
Data-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions
