Responsibilities

Lead the strategic design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation modules
Manage a team of analysts and senior analysts, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment
Act as a Workday solution architect and subject matter expert across employee lifecycle processes
Partner closely with Total Rewards, Talent Management, and HRBP teams to ensure systems align with firm-wide talent strategy
Drive prioritization and execution of roadmap initiatives, enhancements, defects, and operational needs
Coordinate cross-functional project teams, delivering high-quality configuration, documentation, testing, and change management
Leverage business acumen and data to optimize functionality and improve stakeholder outcomes
Lead Workday biannual release impact assessments and adoption plans for assigned modules
Drive adoption of Workday best practices and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards

Required

Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of progressive HRIS experience with deep Workday configuration expertise
Hands-on experience in one of the following: Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation. at least two
Proven experience leading teams and cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment
Strong storytelling, influencing, and communication skills
High business acumen with a passion for enhancing employee experience through technology

Preferred

Workday Pro Certifications in relevant modules are a strong plus
