Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer care over the phone, email and chat
Communicate with clarity, empathy, and efficiency to support customers’ needs
Share product information, availability, pricing, and thoughtful recommendations
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims with accuracy
Resolve concerns and elevate the customer experience with every interaction
Collaborate closely with teammates and internal departments to ensure seamless follow-through
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort navigating multiple systems at once
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
A dependable, punctual, and collaborative work style
A helpful, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to support both customers and colleagues
Preferred
Phone customer service experience preferred, not required
