Inventory and Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Leads the purchase order (PO) creation and management of all inventory purchasing
Identifies process improvement opportunities
General reporting & reconciliations
Leads cycle counting efforts
Identifies process improvement opportunities, across the company; recommends cost-effective scalable solutions
Leads the launch of new systems initiatives, enabling the planning, design, development, and implementation of improvement projects
Ensures that process documentation exists, is current, and available
Serves as a resource for solving process issues and championing effective solutions
Examines existing automation and technology to ensure continued efficacy; addresses gaps
Ensures alignment of CREW2 systems with Home Depot technology pilots and initiatives
Provides support for system changes and enhancements, including communications and related training and education
Offers regional support as needed for critical business needs

Required
