Responsibilities
Lead department initiatives to design new products, refine existing designs, and improve processes
Oversee critical projects, applying expertise to ensure successful outcomes
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to shape product roadmaps, standards, and policies
Monitor and report key performance metrics
Identify and act on opportunities to elevate results
Champion initiatives that strengthen culture, collaboration, and engagement
Direct recruitment, hiring, development, performance management, and compensation decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required
5+ years sheet metal engineering experience
10+ years engineering leadership experience
Strong communication, active listening, and presentation skills from individual contributor to director level audiences
Hands-on knowledge of complete manufacturing process required
10% travel both domestic and international
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Unigraphics experience a plus
Datacenter and enterprise knowledge preferred, including experience with structure cabling or sheet metal manufacturers making cases or enclosures
