Responsibilities
Conduct any ongoing and new staff training to ensure proper practices and standards are upheld throughout the department
Initiate and lead conversations with other Frost teams and external professionals to resolve highly-complex financial crimes cases and issues
Serve as the team subject matter expert for multiple domains of knowledge
Formulate and propose changes to processes and procedures to continuously improve team effectiveness
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, a related field, or equivalent work experience
6+ years of experience in financial crime services
Demonstrated ability to independently and accurately make risk-based decisions in escalated and highly-complex cases
Expert knowledge of your team's role in complying with regulatory and legal requirements
Expert level communication skills
Preferred
Relevant Financial crimes certifications, such as ACFE, ACAMS, etc
Prior experience as a team lead
