Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Computer Science

Responsibilities
Take an active role in providing high quality and innovative teaching in the school in the area of computer architecture, as well as core areas of computer science such as programming and mathematics units
This will include lecture courses, problem classes, laboratories as well as co-supervising group and individual projects, at both undergraduate and postgraduate (taught) levels
Contribute to the effective running of the School and Faculty
Qualification
Required
A track record of high-quality teaching at university level and the ability to undertake teaching in computer architecture
A track record developing teaching material and lead teaching team
An interest in developing innovative ways of integrating teaching, research and technology development
A commitment to impart knowledge to undergraduate and postgraduate students in an enthusiastic and effective manner
A PhD, or close to completion of a PhD, in Computer Science or a closely related discipline, or extensive relevant industrial/commercial experience
