Responsibilities
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to align on data strategies, influence decision-making, and drive business outcomes
Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Recommend and execute initiatives based on analytical findings, continuously optimizing for performance and impact
Drive Data-Backed Strategy: Deliver actionable insights by analyzing complex data sets to support merchandising strategies and business decisions
Monitor and Report Performance: Create clear, consistent reporting frameworks to track KPIs, identify trends, and communicate results to senior leadership
Champion Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and strategies, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in merchandising, replenishment, or product management
Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans
Proficiency in delivering actionable insights by analyzing complex data sets
