Responsibilities
Collecting and evaluating operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes
Determining and assisting in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines
Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Following standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively
Troubleshooting: Conducting failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures
Monitor Equipment/Process: Monitoring equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes
Qualification
Required
Associates degree or other technical certification. Experienced Pharmacy Tech, Dental Assistant or other medical technologist (external equivalent). or 4 years equivalent technical Military service
2+ years prior work experience
Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation
Familiar with TPM concepts
