Supported I/DD Employment Job Developer
KenCrest is a premier employer dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities attain community-based employment. The Job Developer will work closely with job seekers to identify their strengths and interests, develop resumes, and build relationships with local employers to facilitate job placements.

Helping the people we serve attain community-based employment
Networking with local employers
Discovering a person’s interests & skills
Helping them to create resumes and portfolios
Assist youth and adults who need support to attain employment
Developing relationships with individuals served
Identifying strengths and interests that can contribute to overall success
Develop resumes, portfolios and other promotional tools
Building positive professional relationships with community businesses and organizations
Presentations to local service or Networking groups
Other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License (this is a mobile position requiring regular travel)
Minimum one (1) year experience working with individuals with disabilities
Skilled with smart technology
Preferred
ACRE Certification (Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators)
