Responsibilities
Lead and maintain complex project finance models for renewable energy projects
Support structuring and execution of tax equity financings (e.g., partnership flip, sale‑leaseback)
Analyze financing scenarios, sensitivities, and returns to inform investment decisions
Coordinate with investors, lenders, legal counsel, and external advisors
Prepare financing materials, investment memoranda, and internal approval packages
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in project finance within renewable energy (solar, storage, wind, or hybrid assets)
Hands‑on exposure to tax equity transactions and partnership structures
Strong Excel‑based project finance modeling skills
Background in development, IPP, infrastructure investing, or energy‑focused banking
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
