Responsibilities
Collaborate with global business teams in US, Europe and Asia to understand needs and provide system support
Investigate and resolve production issues related to sales orders, purchase orders, inventory transactions to keep our supply chain moving
Identify opportunities for process automation and design solutions using JDE tools like Orchestrator
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories for our development partners
Participate in testing for system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades
Serve as a subject matter expert on JDE Sales, Logistics and Inventory processes for projects and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst working directly with JD Edwards
In-depth functional knowledge of JDE modules, specifically Sales, Logistics and Inventory
Demonstrated experience in documenting requirements, supporting users, and troubleshooting system issues
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business, or similar field
Preferred
Experience with JDE Orchestrations, User Defined Objects (UDOs), or Object Management Workbench (OMW) is a significant plus
Familiarity with manufacturing or finance processes within JDE is also beneficial
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
A collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional and global teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
