Responsibilities

Assist in gathering and analyzing data from various databases and through team member interactions to identify potential product issues

Compile and organize findings from data collection and mining activities into comprehensive reports for review and decision-making

Follow up with team members to gather updates on the status of reported issues

Assist in organizing project meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining up-to-date project documentation, including status reports and best practices

Assist in preparing presentations for team meetings and stakeholder updates

Perform data entry tasks, take notes during meetings, and distribute minutes to ensure effective communication and record-keeping within the team

Required

Rising sophomore or junior, or first year grad student pursuing bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar

Advanced computer skills with MS Office (Teams, word, excel, power point); Office 365 preferred

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Demonstrate innovation and forward-thinking aptitude through previous school projects, employment/internships or extracurricular activities

Applicants must have a minimum of a 3.2 GPA and have relevant prior work experience
