Responsibilities
Support attorneys in complex federal litigation matters from inception through trial
Prepare and manage pleadings, discovery, and trial materials
Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination
Coordinate with experts, vendors, and court personnel
Manage filings in federal court (CM/ECF)
Organize and maintain case files and discovery databases
Provide on-site trial support when required
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a litigation paralegal (plaintiff or defense experience accepted)
Strong understanding of federal court procedures
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel for trial, as needed
Overtime may be required during trial periods and must be approved in advance
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
Infrequent lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
Preferred
Trial preparation and/or trial attendance experience strongly preferred
