Assistant Client Business Manager
Martin Retail Group is a local retail marketing specialist providing strategic solutions for global brands. They are seeking an entry-level Assistant Client Business Manager to assist their Finance team with high-volume billing tasks, including data entry, processing billing, and resolving invoicing issues.

Responsibilities
Enter data into the online billing system
Assist with processing billing
Assist with solving billing/invoicing issues
Research client invoice and payment status
Produce Excel reports
Review monthly reports to ensure billing is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Provide assistance to fellow coworkers, when needed
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field desired
One to two years' experience in billing, invoice processing, or a similar role
Superior math and problem solving skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Working knowledge of MS Office products, primarily Excel
Knowledge of database management
Exposure to large financial management systems, such as PeopleSoft or similar platform
