The Content Strategist will be responsible for scripting and optimizing engaging content for Twitch livestreams and YouTube highlights, working closely with creators and content managers to ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities

Script viral-ready moments and work directly with livestreamers to ideate and shape segments and moments with strong breakout potential

Optimize titles + thumbnails in partnership with creators and live content managers to ensure packaging meets peak YouTube performance standards

Review and refine video edits with a sharp eye for retention, pacing, storytelling, and virality

Improve communication pipelines between Fixated teams and creators — ensuring ideas, feedback, and deliverables move quickly and clearly

Collaborate with editors to ensure all live-derived videos are delivered on time and at the highest quality

Support the Live Content Team in building scalable systems around ideation, execution, and live-to-VOD workflows
