Division Sales Manager
Home City Ice is seeking a Division Sales Manager to enhance customer service and drive sales growth in their division. The role involves managing customer inquiries, cultivating new business, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience through field-based visits.

Responsibilities
Account Representatives make between 12-18 in-person calls per day in addition to incoming customer phone calls -Making sure each ice merchandiser is 100% up to standard during customer visits. This can include adding POS material, re-imaging, cleaning, or even refurbishing on-site in a variety of weather conditions and environments
Being the point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns in the assigned geography
Taking ownership of those inquiries/ concerns and working with the appropriate department to ensure they are answered or addressed to 100% customer satisfaction
New business cultivation as needed through active prospecting and cold calling
Since this position is 100% field-based, plan route-efficient outings to visit customers at their place of business, with the purpose of strengthening relationships and actively soliciting feedback on their customer experience
Being the point of contact for all potential customers, taking the contact from account lead to the first delivery
On occasion, helping our operational team fulfill customer needs (delivery, merchandiser swaps, etc)
Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a large amount of inbound and outbound communication where time is of the essence
Qualification
Required
