Responsibilities

Responsible for all the Division Merchandising, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Supply Chain plans
Direct and supervise activities of the Marketing, Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Supply Chain teams
Champion and lead strategic change to improve efficiency and partner with corporate leaders to create a distinct competitive advantage and enhance the company's position in jewelry retail
Identify areas that will enhance the customers’ shopping experience while demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety
Make recommendations to Vice President of Fred Meyer Jewelers and lead implementation of projects as product managers for all related systems
Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
