Responsibilities

Contribute to a vibrant and varied Montana practice, including by working on all phases of an assortment of public finance transactions
Advise clients on state and local matters
Provide guidance on federal and state tax law issues
Provide critical bond counsel support on governmental and economic development financings
Take on and develop private activity transactions, including those associated with health care, exempt facilities, housing, and other special purpose transactions

Qualification

JD degreeMontana bar admissionPublic finance experienceTransactional experiencePublic speakingNetworking

Required

A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Montana bar admission or the ability to become admitted in Montana
At least five years of relevant experience
