Responsibilities

Oversee AI Intake: Manage incoming AI project requests, engage business partners to clarify use cases, estimate return on investment, and assess readiness and resources
Assess Feasibility: Conduct initial technical and ethical risk evaluations using established frameworks; categorize projects and raise high-risk proposals as needed
Facilitate Approvals: Collaborate with privacy, legal, and cybersecurity teams to ensure projects meet compliance standards and prevent unsanctioned activities
Analyze Pipeline Data: Monitor intake trends, identify repetitive or duplicate proposals, and recommend improvements to enhance project efficiency
Communicate Outcomes: Provide clear, timely feedback to collaborators, advise on how to strengthen proposals, set expectations, and acknowledge successful approvals
