Field Administrative Assistant - Palm Springs

Responsibilities
Create and modify documents using Adobe and Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: answering phone, data entry, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems
Process time for all workers on site
New hire orientation and paperwork
Coordinate and maintain records
Support staff with assigned project based work
Manage communication with the local as needed
Communicate with workers on the job for shift changes, work updates, etc
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must be efficient, accurate, organized, detail oriented, and a good communicator
Knowledge of MS applications is a requirement, specifically Excel, Word & Outlook
Valid CA Driver's License
Preferred
Administrative Assistant experience in an office setting
Experience with a Union environment
