Responsibilities

Leads the entire product development cycle, from initial definition to GA, ensuring quality and schedule
Understands the overall market, competitors, and open source technologies
Translates market and stakeholder needs into product requirements and definitions
Elicits detailed business requirements through engaging workshops and clear functional design documents
Collaborates with stakeholders to guide feature development and prioritization
Translates user requirements into executable and workable feature items with the software engineering team
Acts as an advocate for the stakeholders during specification and development stages
Leads all business readiness activities, including end user training, product testing, and rollout
Drives process changes based on robust analysis of operational data and user behavior
Guides the team through execution by attentively monitoring milestones, tasks, and other deliverables, ensuring their completion per the defined plan

Required
